the location is so central. it is next to the train station, so transportation is very easy. the breakfast was really good, it had a lot of variety. the staff was friendly and gave helpful tips.
the lighting in the bedroom was not that good, it was a little dim.

the hotel's location near the train station was convenient! the standard double room i stayed in was clean and well kept. breakfast had a satisfying variety, with hot and cold options available. the hvv ticket provided free access to public transport, a definite bonus.
The ventilation system was not adequate and did not cool the room sufficiently. I found this uncomfortable.

The hotel advertised having parking, but it only has 12 spaces underground. These were full when I arrived, so I was told to find a spot outside. After a discussion, I was given the manager's space. This was frustrating, as I booked expecting on-site parking.

My room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were helpful. They quickly provided a USB charger when I needed one. The hotel's location near the main train station was very convenient.

The hotel has a very central location near the main station. the bathroom was quite nice. the room was clean plus quiet. i also appreciated the free transit pass thanks to the rewards program. This allowed easy access to many attractions.
I found the roof terrace to be small. It only offered a few tables and chairs without any food or drink options.

the location proved excellent for accessing public transport i found it right opposite the central station. a short walk led me to the ubahn station i also noticed many restaurants and coffee shops nearby
the hotel description was misleading it mentioned an elegant restaurant but it was closed upon arrival. i was also promised free travel cards via email but reception denied knowing anything about it
